  10. I think reading component was the toughest one compared to other components this time. I read each of the articles at least three times and indeed it is very tricky. I hope Madam Audrey can help us by providing suggestion answers for our reference.

  11. Hi Ms.Audrey! :D

I'm Herh Sun. You can call me Ernest. ;) I'm from Penang, and I just completed Sixth Form. I took MUET this past July and very thankfully, I scored a Band 6! :D

I scored 109/120 for my Reading paper, which is equivalent to 41/45. I've always been very very curious as to which four questions I answered wrongly, and since you've posted your answers here, I suppose we can compare our answers and possibly find out which ones I did answer wrongly? ;)

    My Answers:
    1. C
    2. A
    3. B

    43. A
    44. C
    45. D

Questions of which our answers differ:
    11. You chose A, I chose C. While most of the time the topic sentence is the opener of a paragraph, I feel the paragraph in question is trying to make a point on how algorithms execute tasks at remarkable speeds. That is what the paragraph is trying to convey. Hence only C would make the most suitable topic sentence of paragraph 4.

    13. You chose A, I chose B. A I feel is not that correct because only one field was mentioned: the medical field. Statements like "Watson is poised to revolutionize the medical field" and "many people are more willing to trust Watson than even their physicians" drove me to choose B as the answer.

    14. You chose C, I chose B. I chose B because the entire passage was indeed persuasive. There wasn't any contradicting opinions and inferences.

    32. You chose C, I chose B. According to Google, "blew the doors off the rest" means to win by a large margin. The little poll conducted was to find out which sound appealed most to people's ears. Appeal imo = popularity. Hence my choice of B, the most popular.

    35. You chose D, I chose B. Retailers has already begun using the same strategy of utilising sound as means of marketing.

    37. You chose B, I chose C. Keeping the volume low = using sound conspicuously.

I appreciate any feedback you may have, Ms.Audrey! Thanks for always providing MUET students with such helpful resources! Mad respect for you! :D Merry early X'mas :)

  12. Hi all, I am going to take MUET in March 2016. I never thought that reading paper can be so hard, I score only 21/45 in mock exam today. My speaking and listening is in band 4 and band 5. Am I not mastering the techniques correctly or I just need to work hard on reading? :(

  13. It is not, at that point, a straightforward matter of making a twofold installment one month from now in addition to somewhat additional for charges, since the advances are not figured on typical loan fees. What really happens is more extreme than only a basic charge.

  14. Further, instead of holding up days or half a month for a choice, numerous online organizations will react inside a few hours. Rivalry in this market is savage, so they will do what it takes to get your business.

  15. Since they represent considerable authority in these credits, it is typically a simple, quick procedure to get the cash that you require.

  16. For whatever length of time that you have a reasonable vehicle title to set up as security, and your auto credit is paid off or almost paid off, you can without much of a stretch fit the bill for a title advance. Car Title Loans
