I think it is just a declarative sentence when she told him "there is sth called scanning technique" then the following part of audio become faster and unclear to me, even listening twice I can't make out what was said, but I heard she say sth about preposition (food and obesity? idk can't remember, my brain is playing trick with me), but I also not sure about the answer as I don't think she say anything about article (words like "a" & "the"). can't decide
